This lovely Vancouver character home not only is a multi-colour beauty, its a multi-residence home. The owners of this strata chose the team at Warline Painting to do paint this corner lot heritage home.

Warline put their top notch team on the task of sanding, prepping and repairing the siding and trim. Deterioration and wood rot required Warline’s carpentry team to repair and replaced damaged siding and trim boards.

Custom colours were matched by the expert team at Cloverdale Paint. Warline used Cloverdale Paint Covercoat latex exterior paint for the siding and trim. A semi-gloss sheen helped make the rich and cream trim pop against the siding. The combination of the blue and magenta resulted in lovely vibrant combination. Bold front door colours helped anchor the entrance against the aggregate steps and walkway.

Character and colour make this multi-owner home stand out on the corner of the block.
