The before and after of this house tells a better story than we can. This was an extensive exterior restoration including residing, new front porch and trim around all the windows. Gutters and downspouts were replaced and the house got a complete new colour scheme.
Work began with extensive carpentry and replacement of siding. All wood was back primed by Warline’s team before installation to further protect the wood. Once painting was completed the Warline paint crew came on site and started prep work and sanding of the remaining original wood.
The bold colour palette included Newburyport Blue from Benjamin Moore (HC-155) on the siding and Benjamin Moore Mayonnaise (OC-85) on all the trim.
The accent colour on the door, windows and porch floor was Benjamin Moore Caponata (AF-650).
Once the garden that had been cut back extensively for the restoration had grown back, this house was picture perfect ready.
